Job Description
Sunshine Health and Rehab provides exceptional long term and acute care services for adults in need. We are an award winning, locally owned care facility serving the Spokane community for over 70 years. Our services include short and long-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, adult family homes, mental health, memory care, and home health. Our goal is to ensure we treat everyone in our care with respect and dignity while providing a comprehensive system of services. We are looking to grow our team of food service professionals with dedicated staff who can deliver quality food service while growing their skills as a member of our team.

Responsibilities
- Prepares meals under guidance of Chef.
- Follows and scales recipes according to the prescribed number of portions.
- Completes daily time and temperature logs
- Plate foods on service line according to diet orders.
- Cleaning responsibilities based on shift and need.
Required Experience
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree
- Food Handler’s Card
Equivalent experience is not accepted in place of required education.
